<aside> 📌 Copilot licence register. One question this answers: who has a Copilot licence and who does not, without anybody having to look it up. If that takes a phone call in your organisation today, this is the page.

The two jobs this does

The three fields that do the work

Requested by earns its column at renewal. A licence nobody asked for is a licence nobody will defend.

Licence register

The last row is not a person

"Marketing team" cannot be asked what it used the licence for, and a licence cannot be taken back off a team. Registers fail this way quietly: one row per group, and inside a month nobody knows who actually has what. One row per person, always, even when the request arrived for a group.

What this is not

<aside> 🚫 Not a cost model and not a compliance record. It answers who has a licence and whether it is being used. Anything more and it stops being the thing somebody actually keeps up to date.
